Nisus Advisors (USA) is a closely-held private client advisory
firm offering career-transition and development services to qualified
individuals in law, finance, media and industry. Nisus Group,
owned by the senior management and executives of the firm is the
parent company of Nisus Advisors (USA).

| History |
|
Nisus Advisors (USA) has its origins in the founding of Roger
N. Katz & Associates. Formed in the wake of the 1987 US stock
market crash, RNK&A was established to leverage opportunities
created by dramatic realignments then affecting leading law firms,
investment and merchant banking operations and related professional
services firms including management consulting, accounting, public
relations and advertising.
In 1995, RNK&A was selected by Nisus Group to be its strategic
partner as Nisus entered the US market and refocused its professional
representation practice. Based on the success of that venture,
in 1996 the entity was renamed Nisus Advisors (USA). In 1997,
Roger N. Katz was named Nisus Group's Managing Principal.

Nisus Group's worldwide practice is coordinated by a team consisting
of members from each of the firm's regional sections and specialty
divisions. This committee oversees the firm's Professional Client
Services Practice and reviews all proposed assignments and ventures.
