Our practice was originally developed to address the needs of prominent senior legal and financial executives who wished to discreetly evaluate and select among alternative opportunities without risk to their current status or position. At their level, consideration of strategic options could be detrimental to their career and firm if not handled with the utmost discretion. Rather than subjecting themselves to the risks inherent in headhunting, they entrusted Nisus with their most sensitive and confidential personal assignments. Today, Nisus has expanded it services to professionals at all practice levels. Of course, we continue to represent partners, managing directors, general counsel and other senior executives including CFO's and COO's, and have established a special team (MAPS) to deal exclusively with issues unique to their positions. But we are equally successful in our representation of rising stars and tomorrow's legal, financial and entrepreneurial leaders.
