Fees for Advisory Services Our Advisory Services include Search Review & Remediation, NisusWatch, Client Development & Retention, and Practice Marketing & Promotion. In all cases, Nisus is engaged and remunerated by the professional it represents. This unique arrangement ensures the independence and flexibility indispensable to providing services unencumbered by relationships or allegiances to third parties. Our fees for these services consist of an Advisory Fee payable at commencement of the Agreement between Nisus and its client. In certain instances, this fee may be paid by a third party for the benefit of our client. This may be the case when Nisus is engaged in connection with the restructuring or reorganization of our client's current department or firm, or when we are engaged in connection with the provisions of an employee-retention package. Advisory Fee - Payable at the commencement of services, the Advisory Fee covers the term of the assignment and is calculated based on a schedule of available services. In the typical Advisory Engagement a client selects a single service, such as Search Review & Remediation or NisusWatch. However, any combination of services are available and may be utilized during the term of the Agreement. The schedule of fees is subject to negotiation on a case-by-case basis. Payment Arrangments - Under the terms and provisions of the Advisory Agreement between Nisus and its client, the Advisory Fee is due at the commencement of the services. In instances where our client elects to enter into a long-term Advisory Agreement, or when an Agreement is for multiple services or is extended or renewed, Nisus may offer reductions or discounts or agree to flexible arrangements for payment. These arrangements are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
