Lucky for us, because we engage in absolutely no recruitment or solicitation activities. Cold-calling? Not here. The growth of our practice and reputation among professionals at all levels, worldwide, is largely the result of referrals and repeat assignments from clients and employers by whom they were hired. In addition to refusing to engage in recruitment or solicitation, we do not accept contingent- or retainer-fee search assignments from employers.
